CHP6H
Six filling heads designed for high production
The CHP6H is a filling machine designed for high production
levels, made up of a linear chain transporting the pouches on two
parallel lines under the filling heads and the screwers.
It is equipped with two parallel magazines, which can hold up to
1,900 pouches.
The CHP6H is designed to fill pouches of capacities from 40 ml
to 500 ml, with liquid or creamy products.
The filling machine can be customised for each product and according
to individual requirements (for example - fruit juice, compote, yogurt
etc.)
The
Theoretical Speed is 180 items per minute.
Production rates
can be varied from 25% to 100% of its maximum speed percentage, by adjusting
the device for the machine handling.
The CHP6H is made up of:
• 2 pouch loader
• 2 rotating boards for printing
• 1or 2 product tanks as required
• 6 pneumatic pumps
• 6 filling valves
• 2 circular vibrators for stoppers
• 6 electronic screwers
• 2 outlet belts
